This role involves comprehensive specifications for online games, including functional improvements, level design (parameter settings), and creating event, campaign, and gacha data. Responsibilities include schedule management. The position requires experience in planning and specification formulation during the operation of online games and a basic understanding of KPIs. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, negotiate with external development teams, and manage project progress. Experience in UI/flow design (existing modification/existing function addition) is preferred, as is experience with back-end tools (KPI screens and GM tools) and level design (character parameter settings). The job also involves using UNITY and PHOTOSHOP.
