Game Producer

We are looking for someone to join our team. You will be defining the next generation of gaming by blending your industry experience with innovative mathematical logic and creativity applied to our expanding PopWins mechanics and its permutations. AvatarUX is rapidly getting traction for our games and mechanics and we are constantly evolving that with combinations such as Zapreel, Stickypop and GoldenWays, etc. A huge achievement for our small team but we’re on a mission to continuously keep creating industry leading games for the slots players and that’s where you come in. We are seeking a passionate, creative, adaptive, and pioneering Game Producer that is ready to use their creativity and industry leading skills to define the next generation of gaming. You will help build engaging entertainment that will appeal and showcase original experiences to enthrall a wide player audience. Constructively communicating and leveraging a motivated cross disciplined team, participating and growing in a collaborative environment, and helping to impact the industry with innovative solutions. As an important part of our studio game teams you will be creating mathematical models for our global online games. You will work on the design and development of cutting edge slot games. You will work with a team of developers and artists producing and close co-operation will be required within the teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing all aspects of a game including visuals, flow, and math, in collaboration with developers, artists and mathematicians
• Create and own all design documentation and deliverables for projects, including game concepts, in-game messaging, marketing communication, game rules, some game documentation, and pay tables
• Extensively play all games in studio development with detailed verbal or written feedback around all aspects of the player experience: math, art, sound, messaging, game pacing and user interface
• Actively obtain feedback about ongoing game productions from colleagues and stakeholders
• Chair meetings between different teams, to help achieve the game goals, sharing game ideas, game plans and discussing game feedback
• Plan and prepare game milestones for different games, breaking down the game goal into smaller achievable tasks
• Manage the game backlogs and tasks, ensuring transparency and clarity on ongoing work
• Create bi weekly summary reports describing the achievements and status of different games
• Coach and mentor team members to share innovative solutions and help shape game features
• Analyse performance data from the marketplace to help identify future game mechanics and industry trends
• Continually inspect results and outcomes in order to find and implement improvements for better goal achievement

Requirements

Nice To Have

• Previous background as game developer, game designer or game mathematician is preferred
• Strong data analysis skills are considered a plus
• UI/UX Design experience

Must Have

• Have meticulous attention to detail to achieve optimal designs, including math models, game flow and customer-facing communication
• Actively able to work on multiple projects concurrently, as strong multitasking is essential
• At least 3 years of experience in a previous position as Game producer or Game Designer in slot games
• Solid understanding of end to end slot production
• Understanding of competitor slot games
• Extensive experience in writing clear and structured GDDs and specifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Experience with using PM tools such as JIRA and Confluence
