Job Description
- Contribute to the architecture design, training and finetuning of ML and LLM models.
- Build prototypes and production-ready solutions that integrate AI into applications.
- Experiment with Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, multimodal models) to solve practical problems.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools to deploy models at scale.
- Collaborate with the team on data engineering, feature pipelines, and model evaluation.
- Recently graduated from a bachelor's or master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python and popular ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
- Knowledge and practical experience with cloud (compute, storage, APIs, serverless) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development practices (CI/CD, Agile).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

The Technology & Innovation Organization is a strategic unit within HP that leads the development, governance, and deployment of advanced technologies—especially in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), software engineering, and digital transformation. You will work for TIO division and strongly collaborating with Large Format Printing GBU, responsible for the business strategy, product portfolio and research and development for all HP Large Format Printing products at WW level, including HP DesignJet, HP PageWide XL, HP Latex and HP Stitch printers. Requirements:
- Recently graduated from a bachelor's or master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics or related fields
- Strong programming skills in Python and popular ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
- Knowledge and practical experience with cloud (compute, storage, APIs, serverless) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow)
- Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development practices (CI/CD, Agile).
- Passion for automation, problem-solving, and learning new technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a group of peers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
