Job Description

Team Liquid Indonesia is seeking a Graphic Designer to create compelling visuals for marketing, events, and social media, maintaining and evolving the brand's visual identity. Reporting to the Content Manager, this role involves translating briefs into impactful visuals, engaging audiences, and strengthening brand presence across digital and offline platforms. The designer will also update brand guidelines, manage visual assets, and research new design trends to ensure innovative and relevant creative output.

  • Maintain and evolve Team Liquid’s visual identity.
  • Ensure creative output adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with marketing, social media, and content teams.
  • Attend weekly content planning meetings.
  • Review, QA, and revise assets based on feedback.
  • Research and stay updated with new design styles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of Graphic Designer experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design.
  • Familiarity with esports ecosystem and gaming culture.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Team Liquid Indonesia is looking for a Graphic Designer to craft compelling visuals that elevate our brand across multiple platforms. In this role, you will design marketing, event, and social media assets tailored to campaign purposes, while maintaining and evolving Team Liquid’s visual identity as well as meets the highest creative standards.

Report to the Content Manager, you’ll work closely with our marketing, social media, and content teams, you will translate briefs into impactful visuals that engage audiences and bring our campaigns to life. You'll also play a key part in updating and maintaining our brand guidelines and visual assets library, while continuously researching fresh ideas to keep our creative output innovative and relevant.

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer plays a key role for the BMC Department by design and produces visual compelling creative assets that enhance Team Liquid’s brand identity. This role focuses on driving marketing initiatives, engaging fans across digital or offline platforms as well as translating complex ideas into impactful visuals. The Graphic Designer will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that drive audience growth and strengthen brand presence.

What You'll Do:

  • Design marketing, event, and social media assets aligned with campaign purposes.
  • Develop static and motion graphics for esports broadcasts, social platforms, and sponsorship activations.
  • Create campaign kits (key visuals, banners, event assets) within project deadlines.
  • Produce 30+ social media graphics per week (posts, thumbnails, reels cover).
  • Update and maintain brand guidelines and visual assets library.
  • Maintain and evolve Team Liquid’s visual identity across all creative touchpoints.
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, delivering on time and at the highest standard.
  • Work closely with marketing, social media, and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Attend weekly content planning meetings, translate briefs into visuals.
  • Review, QA, and revise assets based on feedback.
  • Research and stay updated with new design styles, esports/entertainment aesthetics, and fan culture to bring fresh ideas as well as integrate into TL creative.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in esports, gaming, or entertainment).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Familiarity with esports ecosystem, gaming culture, and fan engagement strategies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English is a plus (written and spoken).
