They are looking for a Head of C&B to develop and maintain a competitive salary structure, conduct compensation analysis using data analytics, collaborate with HR managers for consistent implementation of compensation programs, and develop a rewards strategy. The role requires a strong understanding of compensation analysis software and benefits administration platforms.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in rewards, compensation, and benefits management
  • Track record of building global job leveling/banding
  • Experience managing global performance review process
  • Proficiency in compensation analysis software
  • Experience with benefits administration platforms

What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain a competitive salary structure that aligns with industry benchmarks, talent acquisition strategies, and internal equity considerations
  • Compensation analysis: utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of existing compensation programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to support the overall compensation strategy
  • Collaborate with regional and local HR managers to ensure that compensation programs and practices are implemented consistently and effectively with necessary adjustments made according to local requirements
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive rewards strategy that supports company objectives and promotes employee growth
What you need to succeed:
  • 5+ years cumulative experience with rewards, compensation, and benefits management
  • Track record of building and rolling out global job leveling/banding
  • Experience managing global performance review process
  • Proficiency in compensation analysis software
  • Experience with benefits administration platforms
