🕵️ We are actively looking for an exceptionally skilled Head of Marketing with a demonstrated history of success in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of successfully launching hit products and building a high-performing marketing team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the casual games market

🚀 Upgrade our marketing strategy for Cryptogram and drive strategy for new products!

  • Creative Production: Oversee the development and production of high-quality creatives

  • User Acquisition: Develop and implement effective campaigns to acquire new players

  • Drive new product launches: Explore and evaluate new niches

You will have a possibility to shape the team composition according to your vision.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a Head of Marketing or similar high-level position in the mobile gaming industry

  • Deep understanding of the dynamics of the mobile gaming market and current industry trends

  • Effective leadership skills to inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a results-driven culture

  • Analytical skills and experience using data for strategic decision-making

  • A commitment to achieving measurable results with a focus on KPIs and ROI

  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key industry players, influencers, and potential partners

  • Russian and English languages
