Are you a dynamic product leader who empowers teams and delivers value? We're looking for a Head of Product to drive the evolution of our Bingo product, enhance player experiences, and deliver success for our operators—leading a high-performing team while balancing strategy with hands-on impact.
Job Description

- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product owners and managers, fostering ownership and excellence.
- Drive product strategy while ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
- Deliver engaging player experiences and commercial success for operators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, design, and commercial teams to align priorities.
- Use data and insights to refine the product roadmap and maximise impact.
- Champion an empowered product culture, stepping in where needed to drive results.
Qualifications
Components for success. You...
- Have prior experience in the gaming industry (e.g. iGaming, online casino, lottery)
- Have Senior-level product management experience, ideally as a Head or Director of Product
- Proven success managing and developing multiple product managers and leading delivery across the full product lifecycle—from ideation through execution and iteration
- Strong leadership capability with experience building high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional alignment
- Balance strategy with action, stepping in to remove roadblocks when needed.
- Understand gaming, entertainment, and player engagement mechanics.
- Communicate and align stakeholders, ensuring product and business goals connect.
- Leverage data and market insights to inform product decisions.

You must be based in, or willing to relocate to, one of the following locations:
- Gibraltar (minimum 4 days a week in the office)
- London (minimum 3 days a week in the office)
- Sofia (minimum 3 days a week in the office)
