Sovrun, an innovative blockchain startup in the play-to-earn digital asset space, is seeking an HR & Admin Associate to join our team. This role combines human resources, administrative support, and operational assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive employee experience. Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Assist with payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information and guidance
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and company events
Administrative & Office Management
- Manage general office operations and maintain organized filing systems
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
- Maintain office facilities and ensure a professional work environment
IT Support & Systems
- Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
- Assist with user account setup and access management
- Help maintain IT inventory and coordinate equipment distribution
- Support digital tools and platforms used for HR and administrative functions
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers as needed
Additional Support
- Assist with special projects and company initiatives as assigned
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Provide backup support for other administrative functions as needed
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or office management
- Proficient in Google Docs, Spreadsheet, Presentation and basic IT troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Experience with HRIS or database management preferred
