Job Description

The HR Generalist will manage employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit, and serve as the first point of contact for all personnel administrative matters, including the creation of employment contracts and certificates. They will advise employees and managers on labor law, process-related, and operational guidelines, contributing to compliance with legal and collective bargaining requirements. The role involves actively supporting the HR management in developing and implementing new HR processes, designing the further development of local guidelines, and organizing and coordinating local recruiting activities. Additionally, the HR Generalist will manage the local training program, promote the development of future specialists, independently plan and implement HR projects, and ensure high data quality in the HR system Workday. The position requires working confidentially and cooperatively with the works council and designing a constructive, equal partnership.
Must have:
  • Minimum three years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Profound knowledge of labor law.
  • Fluent German and strong English skills.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
Good to have:
  • Experience in New Work, Digitalization, Recruiting and Personnel Development.
  • Experience in an international environment.

Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?

  • Sie betreuen Mitarbeitende über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg – von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt – und sind die erste Ansprechperson für alle personaladministrativen Themen, einschließlich der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen
  • Sie beraten Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte kompetent in arbeitsrechtlichen, prozessbezogenen sowie betrieblichen Richtlinien und tragen zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher und tariflicher Vorgaben bei
  • Sie unterstützen die Personalleitung aktiv bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer HR-Prozesse und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung lokaler Richtlinien mit
  • Sie organisieren und koordinieren lokale Recruiting-Aktivitäten – von der Erstellung ansprechender Stellenausschreibungen über die Organisation und Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen bis hin zur Begleitung des Onboarding-Prozesses und der Teilnahme an Karrieremessen
  • Sie betreuen und koordinieren das lokale Ausbildungsprogramm und fördern die Entwicklung zukünftiger Fachkräfte
  • Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten und tragen maßgeblich zur Optimierung der Prozesse bei
  • Sie pflegen die Personaldaten gewissenhaft im HR-System Workday und stellen eine hohe Datenqualität sicher
  • Sie arbeiten vertrauensvoll und kooperativ mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen und gestalten eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe

Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?

  • Sie haben erfolgreich ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) abgeschlossen
  • Sie haben mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR-Generalist/Personalreferent/in
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, insbesondere im Umgang mit Tarifverträgen und Betriebsratsarbeit
  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrungen in den Bereichen „New Work“, „Digitalisierung“, „Recruiting“ und „Personalentwicklung“ sammeln
  • Sie besitzen verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sie zeichnet eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein Organisationstalent, insbesondere in einer Matrixstruktur, aus
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit HR-Management-Systemen wie Workday, Napa3, SAP HR und MS Office
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und sind in der Lage mit internen und externen Schnittstellen sicher zu kommunizieren
  • Sie haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Umfeld gesammelt
