At Huuuge Games, we create top-grossing mobile games that foster social connections. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist for a 12-month contract in Warsaw. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, focusing on coordinating key HR processes. You will support the Head of Talent and HR Business Partner, contributing to a positive employee experience by managing HR systems, maintaining documentation, assisting with projects, and handling administrative tasks.
Must have:
  • Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding
  • Support the Head of Talent and HR Business Partner in daily HR operations and projects
  • Manage and update HR systems (HRIS, ATS) to ensure smooth operation of performance management and engagement processes
  • Maintain and improve our HR knowledge base on Confluence by organizing content and updating HR policy documentation
  • Assist with HR project support through data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks and respond to manager inquiries, escalating complex issues where needed
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the HR function
  • Ensure a positive employee experience by providing accurate and timely HR support
Good to have:
  • Experience in HR process optimization or automation projects
  • Strong content creation/editing skills for HR documentation
  • Experience supporting international teams or working in a global environment

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, focusing on coordinating key HR processes. You'll work closely with our Head of Talent and HR Business Partner, contributing to a positive and effective employee experience.

How will you make an impact with us?

  • Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.

Job requirements
