Job Description
- Network through industry contacts, social media, and internal references
- Coordinate for recruiting initiatives
- Handle administrative duties and record-keeping
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and metrics for each role
- Send test files to applicants and conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the candidate selection
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Assist in onboarding formalities and induction process
- Support in creating a joyful environment with fun activities and employee welfare activities
