Job Description

The HR intern will support the Shared Services team in HR operations. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding and offboarding administrations, monitoring new hire confirmations, administering employee benefits, generating employee letters, maintaining personnel files, attending to HR queries, compiling data for reports, and participating in HR projects. The role requires an undergraduate or graduate in Human Resource Management with good communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to a 6-month internship.
Must Have:
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administrations
  • Monitor and process new hire confirmation
  • Administer employee benefits e.g. Flexible benefits and insurance enrollment etc
  • Generate employee letters e.g. employment certification letter, visa or PR applications etc.
  • Prepare and maintain employees’ personnel files
  • Attend to HR related queries from employees
  • Compile data for reports or surveys as and when assigned
  • Participate in HR projects as and when assigned
  • Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills
  • Independent, proactive and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
  • Able to commit to a 6 months internship
