As part of the Regional HR Operations Team, you will work in a cross-functional environment to enable reliable and scalable business-centric solutions and services. Leveraging your strong technical knowledge and in-depth expertise, you will manage modifications to existing systems to support business needs, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder engagement. You will also collaborate closely with the Global HR Digital team to deliver process improvements using automation and existing technology across 33 countries in AMEA and JANZ. Responsibilities include facilitating project portfolio preparation, performing impact analysis, supporting project management, quality assurance, coordinating resolution of major incidents, leading end-to-end project implementation, creating comprehensive project plans, facilitating discussions with country teams and vendors, overseeing process and system setup, coordinating with multiple teams for setup and integrations, providing go/no-go advice for milestones, leading change management initiatives, preparing business cases, managing project teams, and advising on compliance risks. You will also work with Country HR and Vendors/HR Digital to streamline and stabilize processes (Payroll & Workday), administer query resolution, manage stakeholders and vendors, monitor delivery of change requests/incidents, and ensure updates of work instructions.
