Job Description

The HR Specialist will manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and resume screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding. This role involves maintaining employee records, planning activities, and supporting performance management. Key responsibilities also include coordinating training, resolving HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The specialist will provide comprehensive HR support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Must have:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process including job ad postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer releasing and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the system.
  • Plan and implement employee activities.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Provide general HR support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday Tool.
Good to have:
  • Experience with recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster etc.
  • Experience in Workday Tool.

  • Provide general HR support as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday Tool

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster etc
  • Experience in Workday Tool
