Job Description

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategies and operations across the Asia Pacific region, specifically Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. This role involves developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, streamlining HR processes, overseeing onboarding, and designing competitive compensation and benefits programs. The manager will ensure HR policies comply with local laws, utilize HR data for decision-making, and collaborate with global HR teams to achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies supporting business goals in the region.

  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
  • Lead efforts to streamline processes for the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Provide globally consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to regional needs.
  • Ensure HR policies are compliant with local laws and regulations in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with global HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Excellent knowledge of local laws and compliances.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and ability to leverage data for business insight.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
