Introducing Our Team (Project)
The Security Policy team, a newly established team, collaborates with the existing Security and Privacy teams to enhance employee security awareness and provide effective security guidelines, supporting the entire organization in achieving a security-friendly environment. Additionally, it is responsible for a wide range of areas, from building security guidelines in various environments to security education and compliance operations.
Introducing Our Mission
- Support the dissemination and application of headquarters security policies (e.g., ISO 27001) to KRAFTON affiliates (or acquired companies).
- Smooth collaboration and communication with IT, HR, and other relevant personnel in overseas subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Lead activities for writing security policies and guidelines, education, and internalization.
- Research and reflect technical security (network, system, cloud, etc.) and the latest global security policies, and respond accordingly.
- Respond to audits and certifications (ISO/ISMS, etc.) and prepare related documents.
- Support communication tasks with overseas vendors.
We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)
- Native English speaker.
- Korean TOPIK Level 2 or higher (able to understand work instructions and documents).
- 7+ years of experience in information security - in technical security (IT network/system/cloud) and policy/compliance fields.
- Understanding and practical experience with ISO 27001 or equivalent international security certification frameworks.
- Able to work in Korea (currently residing or able to relocate).
- Excellent communication skills with contacts from various cultural backgrounds.
- Experience in leading policy implementation projects or PM roles.
- No disqualifications for overseas business trips.

- Experience in establishing/operating security policies in multinational corporations or global projects.
- Experience in integrating security policies between headquarters and branches or during mergers and acquisitions.
- Possessing security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, ISO27001).
- Understanding of cloud security (AWS/Azure environments).
- Ability to write English policy documents and reports.
