Job Description

The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue and building relationships with large institutional clients in the areas of skilling and education. This role includes developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets, identifying and cultivating relationships with key institutional clients, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions, negotiating contracts and closing sales deals, handling clients during project execution, collecting payments, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry products, competitors, and market conditions, as well as tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.

About the Role

Responsible for generating revenue and building relationships with large institutional clients in areas of skilling and education.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key institutional clients
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Client handling during project execution
  • Payment collection from accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, competitors, and market conditions
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
