Our client is seeking a temporary Instructional Designer for a contract opportunity. This role involves designing and developing training materials for diverse audiences, creating assessments to measure learning, and updating procedures. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with business partners on organizational initiatives and projects focused on growth and development. Key responsibilities include designing and evaluating eCourses, media, training materials, and procedures, as well as performing administrative tasks for the learning management system. The role also requires assisting with training delivery, including leading sessions and acting as a producer for virtual training. The ideal candidate will work with business partners to ensure training effectiveness and track trainee progress.
