Then join our journey to become a globally leading consulting firm in sustainability and strategy, where openness, collaboration, and professional development are central.
Your new team
- 'Societal Impact & Policy' supports societal change by providing decision-makers and policy-responsible individuals with strategic advice and solid data-driven insights.
- We deliver analysis, knowledge mapping, and evaluation; we facilitate and involve stakeholders; and we develop policy and strategic planning for both public and private clients – all with a focus on contributing positively to society, creating resilience, and development.
- We work broadly across foundations, the built environment, transport, and energy, including topics such as social sustainability, societal transition, health, education, and quality of life.
As an intern at Ramboll Management Consulting, you will become part of a dynamic team that works with everything from strategy, sustainability, and M&A to public policy, organizational development, and business development. You will contribute to projects involving data collection, stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and implementation plans, gaining practical experience with the methods and tools that characterize modern consulting work.
We are looking for students from many different fields, for example, economics, political science, sociology, anthropology, law, public administration, environmental studies, and business economics. We work across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, construction, industry, waste, and water. We advise municipalities, ministries, NGOs, and private companies, delivering integrated solutions that combine deep sustainability knowledge with strategic insight. From policy evaluations to financial advisory and ESG strategies, we offer our clients a single point of entry to navigate complexity and create real impact.
We value continuous learning and a strong collaborative culture, and we also want to learn from your perspective.
Your new role:
We will ask you to collaborate throughout the project lifecycle with us by:
- You will contribute to all stages of project delivery, from planning and data collection, through data processing and analysis, to reporting and dissemination of results and solution models.
- You will work with tender processes and development work – and thus gain broad insight into the consulting craft.
- You will work with a wide range of social science analytical methods – from quantitative data analysis to qualitative and anthropological methods. We would like you to have an interest in working with new methods, applying AI, etc.
- You will become part of a dynamic and professionally inspiring employee group, with room for diversity, focus on learning, and room for humor.
