Your New Team
- The Societal Impact & Policy team supports societal transformation by providing strategic advice and solid data-driven insights to decision-makers and policy professionals.
- We deliver analysis, evidence mapping, and evaluations; we facilitate stakeholder engagement; and we develop policy and strategic planning for both public and private clients—all with a focus on contributing positively to society, fostering resilience, and driving development.
- Our work spans foundations, the built environment, transport, and energy, and covers topics such as social sustainability, societal transitions, health, education, and quality of life.
As a management consulting intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic team working across a wide range of disciplines including strategy, sustainability, M&A, public policy, organisational transformation, and business development. You’ll contribute to projects that involve data collection, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and implementation planning, gaining hands-on experience with the tools and approaches that define modern consulting.
We welcome students from diverse academic backgrounds such as economics, political science, sociology, anthropology, public administration, environmental studies, law and business. Whether your passion lies in social sustainability, green transition, circular economy, labour market dynamics, health systems, or climate adaptation, there’s a place for your perspective here.
Our work spans sectors like energy, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, waste, and water. We advise municipalities, ministries, NGOs, and private companies, delivering integrated solutions that combine deep sustainability expertise with strategic insight. From policy evaluations to financial advisory and ESG strategies, we offer our clients a one-stop shop for navigating complexity and driving impact.
