Responsibilities:

  • Audit scoping and planing together with the audit lead, based on risk assessment
  • Execute independently internal audits procedures in compliance with professional standards
  • Provide high-quality internal audit reports
  • Perform independent Testing procedures of SOX business processes
  • Establish relationships with leaders across the organization to assess the control environment and facilitate the execution of audits
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks/projects/investigations directed by internal audit lead and/or audit committee

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (in internal audit and/or related positions – Risk and SOX)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface effectively with management level (Hebrew and English)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Professional qualification (CPA,CIA, or CISA) – Big adventage
  • Public accounting with publicly traded clients
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task and be comfortable with a dynamic environment
  • IT process knowledge - advantage
  • ERP (Oracle) experience - advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Team player
  • Fluent English
