After an introductory training on the market's leading Big Data solutions, you will be integrated into a team of techno-functional consultants in charge of a Data product. You will be assigned to a project for one of the major clients in the energy sector, where you will be supported by a project manager and an experienced tutor who will monitor your progress.

To ensure remote control of the electricity network, we have implemented for our client monitoring and control possible thanks to terabytes of data generated using sensors, automatons, and signals. The project's role is to capture, process, and store this data and make it available to all SI applications in real-time. The large volume and high frequency of the processed data impose strong constraints on the robustness of the treatments and the optimization of their performance.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Gather requirements,
• Develop data expertise,
• Implement data modeling,
• Develop evolutions on existing applications,
• Manage incidents, problems, and fixes,
• Be an active member of a dynamic and friendly collective.

Technological environment:

• Architecture and infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLabCI
• Data flow management: Nifi
• Storage databases: ElasticSearch, Hadoop HDFS, RDF
• Development languages: Java, Scala
• Main Frameworks: Spark, SparQL, Spring, RDF4J
• Architecture and infrastructure: Docker, Ansible
• Additional tools: Kafka

Qualifications

You possess knowledge of Big Data, Java, and especially a culture of databases and SQL languages.

Beyond your experience and training, your personality and potential will make the difference: strong analytical and synthesis skills, sense of commitment, rigor, and technical appetites for new technologies.

Student in an Engineering school, Master in IT or equivalent university degree, you are looking for an internship lasting 4 to 6 months.
