IT Infrastructure Technician

Kavaliro is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician to support a client in Longwood, FL. Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Technician, Systems Administrator, or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years managing IT infrastructure in a corporate environment, focusing on cloud methodology (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.). Experience with server administration (Windows Server, Linux), cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), and familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) and remote support tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certification. Certifications such as Azure Administrator and/or AWS SysOps Administrator are a plus. Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions, and understanding of key information security concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
