The IT Platform Solutions Manager - HR Applications will oversee the end-to-end planning, design, build, test, deployment, and operation of IT platforms, ensuring alignment with budget, resources, and timelines. This role involves partnering with business and functional leads to understand and meet IT needs, ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will work on medium to small-sized projects, collaborating with architects and DevOps teams to deliver solutions. Key responsibilities include lifecycle management, cost control, and adherence to security and compliance guidelines, while promoting Lean, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies to optimize IT and business operations.

  • Enable business using best practices, tools, techniques like Lean, Agile, DevSecOps to save costs and efforts.

Your role:

  • Manage or handle part of the E2E Planning, design, build, test, deploy and run the platforms for both Functional and non-functional requirements in line with planned budget, resources, and timelines, working effectively with partners and Philips staff.
  • Partner with Business, Function and Market leads, Tribe leads, BPEs in understanding the business needs and ensure their IT needs pertaining to the in-scope applications/Processes /services are met and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Works on medium-sized program/project /support of medium complexity Platform or manages multiple small platforms, Engages with Architects, Business Process experts, Solution Architects, Platform Analyst and DevOps team to deliver on the solution/ service as per the business requirement.
  • Responsible for the lifecycle management of the Platform including cost management, Security and Compliance guidelines.
  • Enable the business by using best practices, tools, techniques, methodologies like Lean, Agile, DevSecOps and save costs and efforts to both IT and business.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or master's degree from a reputed college or University
  • 15 years of overall IT experience and minimum 5 years of role play in as solution manager as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the implemented solutions align with organisation goals, meet quality standards, and deliver value to the customers, in line with the first-time right quality ,planned budget, resources and timelines, working effectively with partners,
  • Experience in SAFe Agile, DevSecOps process and governance and program/ Project Management.
  • Minimum 5-years of working experience in HR landscape across various platform like Workday platform with special focus on integrations across domains (Recruiting, Core HR, Absence, Time tracking, Comp & advance Compensation, Talent and performance, reporting , Integrations and Adaptive planning) involved in execution, rollouts and projects. Expertise in E2E application life cycle management
  • Knowledge of other HR applications like Cornerstone, ServieNow, Avature, Evie etc, would be a plus

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
