Job Description
This IT Recruiter position involves recruiting personnel according to the company's requirements. The responsibilities include receiving recruitment requests, analyzing requirements, and creating job descriptions. The recruiter will search, screen, evaluate, and select candidates who meet the recruitment requirements. Additionally, the role involves organizing interviews, communicating and posting job advertisements, and building the company's recruitment brand.
Must have:
- Graduated from a regular university, with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in sourcing, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Desire to develop a career in Recruitment, love working with people.
- Good appearance. Energetic, good communication, negotiation and bargaining skills
Good to have:
- Experience in recruiting within the IT industry.
- Large personnel network (especially IT personnel), proficient use of social networks like Facebook, Linkedin...
- Experience in presentation/MC is an advantage.

Mô tả
- Tuyển dụng nhân sự theo yêu cầu của công ty.
- Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu tuyển dụng, phân tích yêu cầu, xây dựng bản mô tả công việc.
- Tìm kiếm và sàng lọc, đánh giá lưa chọn ứng viên phù hợp với yêu cầu tuyển dụng.
- Tổ chức thực hiện các quy trình phỏng vấn theo quy định của công ty.
- Truyền thông, đăng tin tuyển dụng, xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng của công ty..
Yêu cầu
- Ứng viên tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy các trường Đại học, có kinh nghiệm 6 tháng – 1 năm ở vị trí tương đương
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng trong ngành CNTT.
- Thành thạo các kỹ năng tạo nguồn, kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục tốt.
- Có mong muốn phát triển sự nghiệp trong lĩnh vực Tuyển dụng, yêu thích làm việc với con người
- Ngoại hình khá. Năng nổ, giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng đàm phán và thương lượng, có kinh nghiệm thuyết trình/MC là một lợi thế
- Có network nhân sự lớn (đặc biệt nhân sự trong ngành IT), sử dụng các mạng xã hội như Facebook, Linkedin… thành thạo
Quyền lợi
- Lương 15-20 triệu, thử việc 100% lương.
- Thưởng liên tục: ngày lễ, thưởng Quý (1-3 tháng lương), thưởng Tết (2-4 tháng lương).
- Lương NET, không phải tự đóng bảo hiểm hay bất cứ chi phí nào
- Được đóng bảo hiểm sức khỏe Bảo Việt và hỗ trợ vay vốn mua nhà 0% lãi suất từ Quỹ phúc lợi của công ty.
