Job Description
Responsible for the company's IT service support, providing high-quality IT services to users through on-site or remote methods. Continuously optimizes IT service SOPs, standard processes, and knowledge base, and trains team members accordingly to improve IT service quality. Participates in or promotes the construction of the IT service management system. Resolves difficult issues in IT services and performs effective optimization. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining and improving IT service standards.
