The Toulouse site is responsible for satellite system engineering, payload design and production, as well as the development and qualification of ground segments. It integrates a research center and an industrial accelerator for start-ups and ventures.
As part of the IRIS2 activities, and particularly in the IPC (Initial Program) phase, the Payload team must prepare all necessary elements for the smooth running of the upcoming program. As such, the Payload IVVQM must define the IVVQ strategy to be implemented, the test means to be anticipated and developed, and must set up all engineering tools, associated methods, and processes to be followed.

Are you from an Engineering or University background (Bac+5 equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience on digital Payloads?
Have you already defined a Payload test strategy for a complex system and led a digital Payload program through to client delivery?
Have you already led large multidisciplinary teams?
Do you master engineering methods and tools like Polarion?
Have you already collaborated with AIT teams?
Do you have project management skills, particularly in financial and planning monitoring?
Are you comfortable leading a continuous improvement plan?
Are you recognized for your ability to engage teams through your communication and dynamism?
Do you know how to manage program pressure and anticipate risks?
Are you pedagogical, capable of transmitting knowledge and fostering continuous learning?
Do you innovate naturally, proposing new and effective ideas?

"The IRIS2 constellation is a program that is both technically innovative and a programmatic challenge for all stakeholders. In particular, the payloads to be developed to take into account 5G impacts, multi-satellite management, on 2 orbits (LEO + MEO) will have to be managed with a master hand.
