Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Jr Art Director to join our team at Accenture Song. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative ideas, an understanding of creative trends, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You should be able to translate concepts into compelling visual presentations, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple projects.

Job Summary

The Junior Art Director’s currency is inventiveness, hard work and enthusiasm. What we most need

from the junior Art Director (and their Copywriter partner) is a large volume of ideas, quickly, that

are connected to culture and surprise us with the new and the different.

Job Responsibilities

Develop a range of ideas in a short amount of time and refine and self-edit work along the

way

Knows how to package up their ideas in ways that are clear, concise and buyable

Can think in platforms and think beyond traditional advertising solutions

Is a student of creative trends and best practices in advertising, culture, media and social.

Brings other interests and knowledge to the job (filmmakers, influencers, designers, etc…)

Pull visual references and create comps quickly to translate ideas into compelling client

presentations

Establish art direction, style and tone for brand campaigns

Can take feedback and incorporate it

Begins to understand the needs of clients and clients’ business

Is willing to help out with whatever is asked of them, with a good attitude

Is an accountable partner and collaborator

Basic Qualifications

Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s in design, Art or Architecture from a Tier-1 institute

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator

Collaborative, passionate and self-motivated

Presentation and public speaking skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
