Egnyte is looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their team in Poznań, Poland. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining cloud environments using tools like Terraform, Puppet, or Kubernetes. The engineer will also assist with migrating services to cloud-based environments, collaborate with software developers to create a scalable infrastructure, and share knowledge. Must have:
  • Experience in a DevOps Engineer, System Admin or Developer role
  • Programming skills in Python, Java, Ruby or Golang

  • Good understanding of the Linux OS at administration level
  • Desire to grow as a DevOps Engineer
  • Solid English skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Be a part of designing, building and maintaining cloud environments (using Terraform, Puppet or Kubernetes).
  • Help us with migrating services to cloud-based environments.
  • Collaborating with software developers to create a reliable and scalable infrastructure for our product. You’ll use Python, Java or Golang to build tools that help achieve this goal.
  • Knowledge sharing. We encourage our employees to share their experience via training or presentations. You can learn from more experienced engineers.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator or Developer role
  • Programming prowess (Python, Java, Ruby or Golang)
  • Experience with public cloud services (GCP/AWS/Azure)
  • Good understanding of the Linux Operating System on the administration level
  • Drive to grow as a DevOps Engineer (we value open-mindedness and a can-do attitude)
  • Solid English skills to effectively communicate with other team members
