Job Description
A Junior Financial Analyst at Aptiv is responsible for capital projects maintenance, fixed assets management including creation and inventory, and preparing documentation for various audits. The role involves proper accounting treatment for AR creation, Capex budget preparation and control, and timely execution of assigned accounting activities like JVs and accruals. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics, possess strong analytical, computer (MS Excel), interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and have good knowledge of English.
Must Have:
- Capital projects maintaining: opening, reviewing, reporting
- Fixed assets creation in proper period
- Fixes assets management
- Preparation & conduction of fixed assets inventory process for site
- Preparing documentation for EY audits, corporate audits, SOX documentation
- Proper accounting treatment during AR creation
- Capex budget preparing and control
- Timely preparation of assigned accounting activities – e.g. JVs preparation, accruals calculation, assigned financial month end closing activities
- Performing other task related to team responsibilities upon Supervisor’s request
- Master’s degree with major Accountancy, Finance, Economics
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Good analytical skills
- Good computer skills - especially MS Excel
- Good knowledge of English
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
