Job Description
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager for Eurofins Softlines & Hardlines and Sustainability Services, the marketing and events coordinator is part of the global marketing team driving business performance and building brand exposure of a fast-growing business unit within Eurofins Consumer Products Testing: Eurofins Softlines & Hardlines and Sustainability Services.
The candidate will be exposed to the global marketing landscape and work in a highly dynamic B2B environment. This junior role will focus on event promotion and ensuring smooth lead distribution and sales enablement following webinars and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Routing
- Manage post-webinar leads, including cleaning, segmenting, and routing to the appropriate sales contacts.
- Coordinate and track follow-up actions with the sales team.
- Sales Enablement Kits
- Create enablement materials after webinars or campaigns (summary decks, talking points, FAQs, follow-up email templates).
- Collaborate with sales to ensure materials are clear, practical, and effective.
- Campaign & Events/Webinar Administration
- Webinar planning and execution: Encompasses everything from speaker coordination, presentation review, landing page creation, email and LinkedIn promotion, cross-promotions, hosting, and post webinar follow-up
- Coordinating logistics for industry events
- Maintain campaign timelines, trackers, and lead distribution lists.
- Liaise between marketing and sales teams to support seamless campaign execution.
- Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track and report on lead volumes, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the lead handover process and increase conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years' experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles (internships welcome)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English essential.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Excel/Sheets preferrable.
- Creative multimedia design skills (imagery, video, etc.) primarily in Canva.
- Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Wordpress or Umbraco preferred.
