Job description
Project managers form the backbone of Boomerang Agency, part of Publicis Groupe. We are looking for a dynamic colleague who balances the interaction between our team, the client, and other external parties.
As a PM, you know how to motivate and enthuse your team, and you ensure that projects are completed on time - and of course, within budget. In short: you are the one who brings structure, overview, and calm to a sometimes turbulent environment.
In this role, you will work with a team of approximately 20 people consisting of creatives, designers, copywriters, and strategists. We are an energetic and driven team that works for some of the biggest brands in the Netherlands. Think of ABN Amro, Pepsico (Lays) - Mediamarkt - Lotto - Heineken - Desperados, Philips, and skincare favorites like Biodermal. In short: brands everyone knows, and which we build daily with smart social media strategies and creative productions. No two days are the same with us. From developing an Always On social strategy to creating full-scale social productions and campaigns – we ensure that brands continuously stand out and remain relevant. We combine strategy, creativity, and production to create impactful content that really works.

Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manager, you guide projects for various clients, from briefing to delivery. You create and manage budgets and schedules, request POs from clients, and check whether the budgeted hours match the realized hours. In addition, you manage a multidisciplinary team, plan their tasks, and ensure an efficient way of working. You give your team (preferably somewhat constructive) feedback, check whether the work is on brief, and ensure a good atmosphere.
You represent Boomerang to the client and have daily contact with the client to accept briefings, discuss ongoing projects, or gather feedback. In doing so, you build a good relationship with the client.
You work closely with the Account Director, Creative Director, and Lead Creative on your clients. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be guided by a Senior Project Manager.
