Junior Recruitment Officer (Internship)

Description

As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Junior Recruitment Officer for an internship.

Your missions:

Under the supervision of the General Secretary and in close collaboration with the HR team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the future talents of our agency:

• Centralization of recruitment requests, identification and anticipation of recruitment needs (permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, apprenticeships, internships)
• Drafting, updating and disseminating announcements
• Screening of applications and pre-qualification interviews
• Organization of interviews with managers, follow-up of tests, candidate feedback, etc.
• Creation and development of a candidate pool for the agency's various areas of expertise
• Animation of relations and coordination of events with schools.
• Admin: management of absences and leave for apprentices/interns as well as restaurant tickets, WAS Passport, onboarding & offboarding

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a specialization in Human Resources
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• You are proactive, rigorous and have very good organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Good command of English (oral and written).
