Voodoo seeks a Lead Creative Manager to lead a creative team in Istanbul. Responsibilities include prioritizing and driving creative production for multiple games, analyzing team performance, hitting KPIs, leading a team of up to 6, discovering new creative concepts, and leading key projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in performance marketing within gaming or mobile apps, a proven track record of managing creative teams, and fluent English. This role requires strong leadership, creative thinking, and operational excellence to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Must have:
- 2+ years experience in performance marketing (gaming/mobile apps)
- Team management experience (3+ people in creative field)
- Successful high-impact project leadership

Role
Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for a large scope of our games or apps and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple games based on product and user acquisition strategy
- Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs
- Lead up to 6 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density
- Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams
- Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.
Profile
- You have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, in the gaming and/or mobile apps industry
- You have a track record of managing 3+ people in a creative field
- You’ve successfully led high-impact projects
- You speak and write English fluently
- You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
