Job Description

This Product Marketing Intern role at Ubisoft Singapore involves supporting production marketing and publishing teams for Skull and Bones. Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing asset creation, preparing internal presentations, assisting with event coordination, managing brand documentation, updating product pages, creating internal brand newsletters, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate is a university undergraduate in Marketing or related fields, with a creative and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Must Have:
  • Coordinate the development of static and video marketing materials.
  • Prepare and present internal pitches for collaborations, licensing proposals, and other brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events.
  • Maintain and update key PR and brand documents such as fact sheets, press releases, and Q&A materials.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product pages, including copy and asset updates.
  • Own the creation and distribution of internal brand newsletters.
  • Provide reports on competitors and keep the team informed on latest sales, competitor news updates across the industry.
  • Support the team in other administrative responsibilities.
  • Able to commit to a full-time 6-months internship starting in Jan 2026.
  • University undergraduate in Marketing, Media Communications, or related fields.
  • Creative mindset, a keen eye for compelling media, and a strong ability to empathize with consumers.
  • Autonomous, well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident writer and speaker.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially in Power Point).
  • Enjoy working in teams, can manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess analytical skills and a desire for experience with metrics and market research.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE
