INTRODUCTION:

We are looking for a Game Designer who wants to build world class experiences and flourish in the fast paced world of gaming. You will work closely with the Art and Engineering teams to create fantastic worlds and ways to experience them. You should be willing to push the envelope on user experiences, and have the ability to consider issues from numerous angles (Design/Art/Code).

Embark on a quest not just for success, but for global impact, with a brigade of creative renegades determined to elevate our most promising mobile games into legends of the app stores. Your saga is to weave spellbinding and immersive game realms that will capture the hearts and imaginations of millions worldwide. In our world, every detail is a brushstroke on a vast canvas, and no vision too daring to pursue!

Key Roles & Magical Duties:

• Serve as the beacon of design for a compact, yet mightily effective ensemble, guiding them through realms of creativity and innovation.
• Craft the lexicon of design with precision and clarity, mapping out the functionalities of game features as if drawing a treasure map for future explorers.
• Liaise with the guilds of Programming, Art, and QA to ensure that the execution of your vision is flawless and of a caliber that legends are made of.
• Engineer and harmonize intricate game economies, running simulations, models and performing feats of precise balancing.
• Bestow wisdom upon your team, mentoring them in the arts and sciences of game creation, leading them towards achieving wonders.

Quest Prerequisites:

• Has 6+ yrs of Experience in Game designing and 4+ Yrs oof experience in Team Management/Lead
• A scholarly parchment (Bachelor’s degree) in design, or a kindred field, or equivalent lore (experience).
• Mastery in the arcane arts of game development tools such as Unity, Unreal, or Construct.
• Adept in the alchemical craft of Microsoft Excel or equivalent tomes of knowledge, with a proficiency in formulas and queries.
• Exceptional design prowess and an eye keen enough to spot the flutter of a pixie’s wing.
• Versed in the mystic runes of Photoshop, Illustrator, and their kin to depict crude renderings and schematics of ambitious plans.
• Eloquence in both the written and spoken word, able to conjure understanding and inspiration alike.
• The heart to offer and accept the forge of constructive feedback, tempering the spirit for greatness.
