Job Details
Role
- Define a clear, cohesive long-term Product Roadmap with the Studio Director
- Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components
- Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile game mechanics
- Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, game design, logic, performance, etc.
- Help fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel
- Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends
- Understanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behaviour
- Proficiency in Unity is a huge plus
- Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software
Profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a game designer
- Experience working on mobile games and free-to-play (F2P) models
- Possess a creative, hacker, and analytical mindset
- Proficient in A/B testing
- Capable of carrying features from theory to production, including analyzing results
- Strong project management skills to push features forward
- Excellent sense of gameplay experience with special attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledgeable about casual games
