Job Description

As part of the Ubisoft Film & Television division, your job is to manage budgetary reviews (especially for our animation studio in Montreuil). You are a true business partner inside the Ubisoft Film & Television Paris team.

Your main tasks are:

  • Budget review and cash forecast (accounting closure, forecasts, gap analysis, and identification of optimization levers)
  • Profitability analysis of projects (impairment tests…)
  • Royalties’ statements to beneficiaries
  • Elaboration of project financing cases in collaboration with the production administrators
  • Implementing rules and new business models, optimization of the budget planning process with the other finance teams

Qualifications

Relevant experience

To succeed in this position, you should have solid experience in audit/financial planning, either in a corporate setting or in an audit firm, ideally in an international environment.

Skills and knowledge

  • You are rigorous, trustworthy, and love to take initiative.
  • You have excellent people skills and know how to promote your ideas.
  • Your analytical skills enable you to have a keen understanding of your company’s business model.
  • You excel at Excel, and you love discovering and implementing new tools.
  • You speak English proficiently.

Recruitment process

[30 minutes] : phone call with a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : visio interview with a manager of the role and a Recruiter,
Completion of a case study,
[60 minutes] : video or in-person interview with the Production Manager of Ubisoft Film & Télévision de Paris and an HR.
[30 minutes] : video or in-person interview with the Director of the Ubisoft Film & Television studio in Paris.
