Job Description

As an SAP Testing Senior Associate Consultant at invenioLSI, you will be responsible for reviewing software requirements, preparing and executing test cases, reporting defects, and preparing test status reports. You will support the lead in estimation and planning of testing activities and achieve organizational testing metrics. The role requires experience with SAP modules, the SAP Activate Methodology, and testing methodologies. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory. The role also involves participation in pre-sales activities and may involve team leadership and project management responsibilities.

Must have:

0-1 year SAP module experience
Full life-cycle implementation project experience
Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology
Proficient in testing methodologies and SDLC
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Arabic speaker

Good to have:

Experience with HP ALM/Quality Center
Understanding of testing metrics
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to identify upsell opportunities

SAP Testing Senior Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

Review of software requirements.
Support the lead in estimation and planning of testing activities.
Prepare test cases and test data.
Execute test cases and test data.
Achieves organization testing metrics such as productivity, defect removal efficiency.
Reporting of defects.
Prepares test status reports.

SAP Skills

0-1 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
At least one full life-cycle implementation project (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
Understands of SAP Activate Methodology.
Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes and review release notes.
Technical background and an understanding of the SAP Application Systems.
Testing Methodology.
Stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Bug Life Cycle.
Develop, Update and Maintain Test Suites, Test Cases, Test Data.
Map test cases with requirements, generate RTM and test results using tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center.
Understands of Testing Metrics.

Business Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Understands business processes for focus area or multiple modules.
Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
Strong analytical skills.
Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
Understands detailed business functionality related directly and indirectly to SAP project.
Apply best business practices, especially those that SAP enables to meet client needs.

Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.
Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary on client engagements, may act as a coach for others related to these soft skills.
Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices.
Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assists in management of scope.
Develop new professional peer relationships for additional business or possible new consultants.

Communicates project resource requirements to staffing coordinator/clients.
Ensures quality implementation (works with QA program)
May participate in Pre-Sales as part of the client pursuit team.

Monitors team status and reports variances.
