Job Description

Aristocrat seeks an experienced IT Manager with 15+ years in MS technologies to lead its Infrastructure team. Responsibilities include planning, designing, implementing, and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, applications, and services globally (AU, Europe, US). The role ensures stability, security, and scalability of the IT environment, providing strategic guidance and leadership to the team. Deep expertise in MS technologies (Office 365, Intune, AD, AAD, Azure, IAM, MDM), server/cloud/system engineering, and collaboration tools is crucial. Experience with HLD/LLD, site migrations, server hardware, virtualization (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V), and public clouds (Azure, AWS) is highly valued.

Must have:

15+ years MS Technologies experience
Advanced Server, Cloud, System Engineering skills
Expertise in Office 365, Azure, AD, IAM
HLD, LLD, Design experience
Site migration experience

Good to have:

Experience with global/remote teams
Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V knowledge
AWS experience
Microsoft Certifications (MSCE/MCITP)

We are seeking an experienced IT manager with a strong background in MS technology to lead our Infra team. This role involves overseeing local Engineering team and will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing our organization's IT infrastructure, applications, and services. The IT Manager will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our IT environment, as well as provide strategic guidance and leadership to the IT team. The Manager will work closely with Infra engineering team in AU, Europe and US

What You'll Do

15+ years’ experience with MS Technlogies, advanced skills in Server, cloud and System Engineering
Understanding of Microsoft office 365, Intune, AD, AAD, Hybrid, Azure, IAM, MDM, Conditional Access Policies
Well versed in OS types Windows 2019, 2022
Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint
HLD, LLD, Designing
Working knowledge of site migration
Experience with servers hardware, virtualization technologies (Nutanix, VMWare, Hyper-V) and public cloud (Azure, AWS) is a strong plus
Background in dealing with global and remote teams is a strong plus

What We're Looking For

University degree or college diploma in computer technology, information systems, or business information systems.
Certification such as Microsoft Certified Engineer (MSCE/MCITP) or equivalent experience.
