Playtech‘s Neon unit is looking for a QA Software Engineer, who has experience with casino systems.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Test new releases of the software to ensure that defects are minimised
• Plan and document test cases for the assigned applications and projects
• Analyse system behaviour and logs to troubleshoot issues
• Provide clear documentation regarding identified defects including the steps to reproduce the defect
• Prepare documentation to assist the Technical Services and Business Services team with new features

Components for success. You...

• Super-user level experience with casino systems, preferably Playtech Neon
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail; we would like you to strive for perfection
• Able to clearly explain test failures and defects, including the steps to reproduce the issue
• Good problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues independently
• Very good communication skills, including the ability to communicate with our customers’ technical and testing teams, and external testing laboratories

QA TEAM:

Our Manchester offices host the leading supplier of management systems to the bricks-and-mortar casino industry. We provide the platforms that run the leading casinos and resorts from Monte Carlo to Mendoza, Manila to Marrakesh, and Saigon to Salford.

You will be working as part of a product-oriented, cross-functional team delivering and supporting a suit of modern applications, which will revolutionise bricks-and-mortar casino
