Daily responsibilities

• Supporting Recruitment & Employer Branding teams in daily tasks.
• Assisting in managing candidate applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Updating candidate profiles in the system, maintaining and updating recruitment databases.
• Supporting the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings and any administrative tasks related to hiring processes.
• Supporting EB Team in content creation, including social media posts, articles, videos, and other materials.
• Maintaining employer branding materials and presentations.
• Conducting research on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.
• Assisting in monitoring and analyzing employer branding campaign performance
• Supporting internal communication activities related to EB projects.

Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student. 
• You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
• You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
• You have a good command of English.

For this role, you should also have:

• Interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding/communication.
• Students in their final years of study or graduate of HR Management/Psychology or Marketing/Employer Branding.
• Creativity and interest in generating content for social media and promotional materials.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive attitude.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  
  Nice to have's
• Experience in working with any data base.
• Knowledge of photo, video, and graphic design programs.

• Once invited to the recruitment process, you will be asked to prepare the test assignment.
• Working mode: Office-First: working from the Warsaw office for at least three days a week.
