Lead IT Project Manager
We are seeking a Lead IT Project Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Lead IT Project Manager at Marsh, you will make an impact as a seasoned professional individual contributor, ready to manage projects, work independently, helps teammates thrive, coach/mentor junior PMs and partner and collaborate with stakeholders across the company. This role manages large scale projects or processes, the priorities roadmap for IT products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
We will count on you to:
- Oversea multiple, often interconnected projects and technologies to achieve strategic organizational goals, ensuring alignment, resource optimization and successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints recommending and delivering short-and long-term IT portfolio goals to meet growth objectives
- Define program scope, objectives and key performance indicators across discovery driven process and project implementation
- Manage budget processes including annual planning, forecasting, vendor management, business case preparation, requisition and payment management
- Build a Center of Excellence around technical Discovery, and create a team that can drive transformational change and innovation while balancing and meeting business objectives in regard to the business case
- Participating in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations leveraging integration tools and architectural standards
- Manage all phases of project delivery by defining project structure, phasing, resource plans, and activity schedules. Approve estimation of schedule, cost, and effort based on continuous stakeholder validations. Review forecasts and quality reports to identify variances and take corrective action when necessary

What you need to have:
- Substantial experience as a senior manager having managed extensive program delivery and innovation programs
- Keen problem solving and prioritization skills, able to rapidly ingest, absorb, synthesize and act on new information
- Comfort manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality technology and data from varying sources
- Individual contributor and self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision, with ability to lead and develop project-based matrix teams to meet or exceed the company's expectations for data productivity, quality, and achievement
- Agile delivery experience for large platforms
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
