Description:

Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Deploy security solutions: Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of security solutions.
  • Provide tier 3 engineering support for security solutions. Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for complex problems. Liaise with vendors for assistance in resolving issues
  • Reduce risk & manual effort by developing repeatable processes, automation, and reporting. Looking for opportunities to develop reusable automated processes which will improve team performance
  • Plan & manage updates and upgrades of supported security technologies. Monitor system capacity (capacity planning).
  • Provide training, knowledge sharing & documentation to SOC analysts and relevant operations teams providing tier 1 and tier 2 support for the security technologies.
  • Research, select, and deploy information security solutions and controls across the enterprise in a way that is transparent to end users, supports executive strategies, and ensures the security of MMC assets.

What you need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience, with 10+ years preferred, in technical security roles or related technology roles in a large Corporate Enterprise Environment (Financial Services preferred).
  • Experience with security technologies and architecture such as cloud-based proxies, enterprise browsers, zero-trust architecture, traditional network security, micro-segmentation, VPN, CASB, and other on-premises and cloud-based security products required. Experience with a selection of related security products
  • Experience of implementing security or IT technologies across a large enterprise.
  • Related professional certifications and/or related training in core expertise. Recognized security certifications such as CISSP a distinct advantage.
  • Advanced Level of English is a Must
