Job Description
This role involves performing logistics and supply activities, including material programming, inventory control, production planning, and supporting the outsourcing of subassemblies by external suppliers. The analyst will manage the programming and dispatch of imported consigned materials to Tier 1 suppliers, ensure continuous contact with Tier 2 suppliers for follow-up, and monitor fiscal triangulation in consignment processes. Responsibilities also include tracking material inventories at suppliers, updating performance indicators, integrating internal processes, and contributing to continuous improvement in logistics.
Must have:
- Perform logistics and supply activities, including material programming and inventory control.
- Plan production and support outsourcing of subassemblies.
- Program and dispatch imported consigned materials to Tier 1 suppliers.
- Maintain contact with Tier 2 suppliers for parts follow-up.
- Monitor and administer fiscal triangulation in consignment processes.
- Monitor material inventories at suppliers for adequate stock levels and traceability.
- Update and track performance indicators for the consigned supply chain.
- Integrate internal processes across operations, purchasing, logistics, and suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and material movement processes.
- Material programming and production planning.
- Stock management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of national and imported consignment processes.
- Understanding of taxation and fiscal documents.
- Supplier communication.
- Logistics process management with focus on lead time and productivity.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- SAP.
- Extensive proven experience in logistics.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Completed graduation (Administration, engineering, and/or related fields).
Good to have:
- Intermediate English.

Job Details
Assignment:
- Perform logistics and supply activities, including material programming, inventory control, production planning, and support for outsourcing subassemblies by external suppliers;
- Carry out the programming and dispatch of imported consigned materials to Tier 1 suppliers, according to established deadlines;
- Maintain continuous contact with Tier 2 suppliers for follow-up on parts shipment to Tier 1, ensuring the fluidity of the production process and compliance with the established lead time;
- Monitor and manage fiscal triangulation in consignment processes, ensuring compliance with applicable tax and customs regulations;
- Monitor material inventories allocated to suppliers, ensuring adequate stock levels, accuracy, and traceability of parts;
- Update and monitor performance indicators of the consigned supply chain, supporting performance analysis and continuous improvement actions;
- Integrate internal processes between operations, purchasing, logistics, and suppliers, promoting synergy and agility in decision-making;
- Act in the continuous improvement of logistics and material movement processes, contributing to the definition and monitoring of metrics and benchmarks for supply chain planning and performance.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Material programming and production planning;
- Stock management and inventory control;
- Knowledge in national and imported consignment processes;
- Notions of taxation and fiscal documents;
- Supplier communication;
- Management of logistics processes with a focus on lead time and productivity;
Software:
- Excel - Advanced (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards);
- SAP;
Experience:
- Extensive proven experience in logistics;
- Experience in the automotive industry;
Graduation:
- Completed graduation (Administration, engineering, and/or related fields).
Languages:
- English – intermediate (Desirable).
Work model:
- Hybrid.
Workplace:
- NBA – Resende, RJ.
Business travel:
- Availability for eventual travel, should it arise from the sector.
