Job Description

Supervise and manage activities to ensure production volumes, engineering changes, increased packaging capacity from parts suppliers, administration of NMEX reverse logistics operations, as well as the ILN export center in Mexico, and administration and development of 3PL operations. This includes managing processes for quality, cost, and time, personnel administration, promoting Kaizen, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
Must have:
  • Manage 3PL operations, ensuring quality, cost, and time.
  • Administer personnel, fostering synergy and problem-solving.
  • Promote Kaizen and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Optimize resources and reduce costs through process and material management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor and control the operational budget.
  • Launch and manage investment and operational projects.
  • Analyze operational capacity and prevent risks.
  • Possess a Bachelor's/Engineering degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
  • Demonstrate minimum 400 TOEIC English points.
  • Knowledge of MRP, ERP, Production Control, Financial Analysis, and Budget Control.
  • Experience in CAPEX/OPEX and project administration.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45000, 9000, 14000 standards.

Description

  • Administration of processes to guarantee the quality, cost, and time of the productive processes of the 3PL in charge of the operation.
  • Personnel administration under their charge to increase synergy and problem-solving.
  • Promotion of Kaizens and adoption of best practices for continuous process improvement.
  • Administration of the process and materials for resource optimization and cost reduction.
  • Planning and administration of activities of the personnel in charge.
  • Administer that the processes under their charge are carried out with the established standards in terms of quality, safety, health, and environment, to prevent incidents, accidents, administrative failures, and ensure product quality.
  • Administration of 3PL and optimization of operations and costs thereof.
  • Monitoring and control of the operation's budget.
  • Launch of investment projects, as well as operational ones from SOW to completion of operations.
  • Analysis of operational capacity and prevention of operational risks.

Profile

Experience and knowledge:

CAPEX/OPEX administration; project administration; knowledge in logistics processes; conflict resolution; personnel management (generational); collaboration with different areas (internal and external); data interpretation and analysis; knowledge of ISO 45000, 9000, 14000 standards; project presentation in Spanish and English (internal and with external areas).

Education:

Bachelor's/Engineering degree (Titled)

Area or specialty:

Industrial engineering or related field

Technical skills:

  • English Minimum 400 TOEIC points
  • Basic knowledge of Finance
  • Personnel control (engineering)
  • Knowledge of MRP, ERP, Production Control
  • Financial analysis and Budget control
  • Basic knowledge of new system development
  • Supplier administration
  • Project administration
  • Knowledge of Zycus, iContract, EPIC systems and reporting platforms.
  • VALID VISA AND PASSPORT (Desirable)

Work scheme:

On-site.

Work schedule:

Mon-Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with availability to travel within the Mexican Republic.
