Are you passionate about continuous improvement, operational leadership, and resource optimization? At Nissan, we are looking for a strategic and committed profile to coordinate processes within our plants, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance at every stage of the operation.
Must have:
  • Manage production processes within the plant, ensuring optimal quality, costs, and times.
  • Lead personnel in charge, fostering collaboration, synergy, and effective problem-solving.
  • Manage materials and resources to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Plan and coordinate team activities, aligned with operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Guarantee continuous supply of parts and materials from suppliers.
  • Provide operational support to other service areas that require information or problem-solving.
  • Perform 4M analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and validate process standards, ensuring their compliance.
  • Evaluate operational capacity and prevent risks in the operation.
  • Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Industrial or related field.
  • Project management.
  • Logistics processes and production control.
  • Conflict resolution and interdepartmental collaborative work.
  • Interpretation and analysis of operational data.
  • Improvement of logistics flows and operational efficiency.
  • Management of MRP, ERP systems and platforms such as Zycus, iContract, EPIC.
  • Budget control and financial analysis.
  • Supplier and resource management.
  • Generation of reports and technical documentation.
Good to have:
  • Valid VISA and passport.

Profile:

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Industrial or related field.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Project management.
  • Logistics processes and production control.
  • Conflict resolution and interdepartmental collaborative work.
  • Interpretation and analysis of operational data.
  • Improvement of logistics flows and operational efficiency.

Technical Skills:

  • Management of MRP, ERP systems and platforms such as Zycus, iContract, EPIC.
  • Budget control and financial analysis.
  • Supplier and resource management.
  • Generation of reports and technical documentation.
  • Valid VISA and passport (desirable).

Work Scheme

  • Modality: On-site
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
