Job Description

The Logistics Operations Supervisor will manage processes within production plants to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery. This role involves overseeing personnel, optimizing resources, and reducing costs through effective process and material administration. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards, guaranteeing continuous supply from vendors, and resolving operational issues. The supervisor will also conduct operational analysis, develop process standards, and assess capacity to prevent risks.
Must have:
  • Manage plant processes for quality, cost, and time.
  • Administer personnel to enhance synergy and problem-solving.
  • Optimize resources and reduce costs through process and material management.
  • Plan and administer activities for assigned staff.
  • Ensure processes meet quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Guarantee continuous supply from parts suppliers.
  • Provide problem-solving support to service areas.
  • Perform 4'M analysis of operations.
  • Generate and validate process standards.
  • Analyze operational capacity and prevent risks.
  • Project management.
  • Logistics process knowledge.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Collaboration with internal and external areas.
  • Data interpretation and analysis.
  • Basic production control knowledge.
  • Logistics flow analysis and improvement.
  • Minimum TOEIC English score of 200 points.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Engineering (Titled).
  • Knowledge of MRP, ERP, Production Control.
  • Financial analysis and Budget control.
  • Supplier management.

Logistics Operations Supervisor

  • Management of processes within the plants to ensure the quality, cost, and time of production processes.
  • Personnel management to increase synergy and problem-solving.
  • Process and material management for resource optimization and cost reduction.
  • Planning and administration of activities for assigned personnel.
  • Ensure that processes under their charge are carried out according to established standards in terms of quality, safety, health, and environment, to prevent incidents, accidents, administrative failures, and ensure product quality.
  • Guarantee continuous supply from parts suppliers for each service plant.
  • Problem-solving for any service area that needs support or operational information.
  • 4'M analysis of the operation.
  • Generation of process standards and validation of compliance with process standards.
  • Analysis of operational capacity and prevention of operational risks.

1. Job Knowledge and Skills:

Project management; knowledge in logistics processes; conflict resolution; collaboration with different areas (internal and external); data interpretation and analysis; basic knowledge of production control and analysis and improvement of logistics flows.

Minimum TOEIC English score of 200 points

6 months

Education: Bachelor's Degree/Engineering (Titled)

4. Specific Course/Certifications

  • Basic knowledge of production control
  • Knowledge of MRP, ERP, Production Control
