Job Description
Join Testronic's Localization Quality Assurance department as an LQA Game Tester with Malay language expertise. Responsibilities include identifying and correcting translation errors, ensuring proper tone and style, verifying audio and text accuracy, and creating reports in Excel and Jira. You'll also provide quality improvement suggestions. Requires Malay C2/native fluency, English C1, excellent grammar and punctuation skills, strong MS Office proficiency, and clear communication. Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing is a plus. This is a casual contract offering competitive salary and flexible projects, allowing you to gain experience in the gaming industry.

Description
Join our Localization Quality Assurance department and be responsible for:
- Finding and correcting any translation errors, spelling mistakes and ambiguities.
- Checking the game’s tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness.
- Creating reports in Excel and Jira.
- Submitting quality improving suggestions for the errors you find.
Requirements
- Malay C2 level or native.
- English C1 level to ensure internal communication and reporting.
- Perfect knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation of your language.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Great communication skills allowing to express yourself precise and clearly.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure of time.
You can score extra points for:
- Passion for gaming and curiosity for new titles (all types of games count!).
- Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing.
- Familiarity of platforms like Sony (PS4/PS5), Microsoft (PC, Xbox One/XSX/XSS), Nintendo (Switch), Apple (iOS).
