Job Description
Testronic is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join its recruitment department, dedicated to creating incredible gaming experiences. This role involves conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The Junior Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, utilize various recruitment platforms, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, all while contributing to the high-quality testing of client games.
Good To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
Must Have:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-volume positions.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further stages.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Perform in accordance with internal recruitment processes and procedures to deliver high-quality work.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract qualified candidates, taking ownership for building a pipeline of candidates.
- At least 1 year of previous recruitment experience.
- A genuine interest in gaming and the gaming industry is essential.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactivity and passion for working with people.
